My Property Survey was launched in 2019, and has since arranged thousands of property related surveys across the UK.
After recognising a gap in the market, we stepped in to provide a one stop solution for all property surveying needs, streamlining the process and changing the surveying experience.
From property developers, architects and managing agents to landlords and homeowners, our one stop service provides a simple & seamless surveying service.
Our extensive network of chartered surveyors and engineers, coupled with a vigorous vetting system enables us to provide a rapid turnaround on any survey you may require, anywhere in the country.

Samuel Oppenheimer
• Founder and Managing Director
I’m Samuel, and I’m the one responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all divisions across My Property Survey. Some know me for my no-nonsense approach, and rightfully so! I love a good challenge and ensuring that our clients receive an impeccable service is at the heart of everything we do.
Gabriel Kada RICS, Registered Valuer
• Consultant, Head of Auditing
Gabriel’s thorough and analytical skills place him in the perfect position to head up the auditing team of the MPS Valuation Panel Management Division. Gabriel carries out regular audits and advises the Directors on matters pertaining to valuations.

They say I’m a great multi-tasker, and hence, I’ve landed a double title. Working at MPS has helped me accumulate a broad knowledge of a wide range of surveys When a client needs support with scheduling their surveys, arranging access and a myriad of other queries that arise in the process, I’m the one they speak to.
Uriel Morris

I’m all about great service and building strong relationships with our clients. At MPS I will guide you through the process, from quotation, to receiving your Survey, with constant communication throughout. I won’t measure your patience… just your property!
Libby Fischer
• Accounts Department
Numbers were always my thing. And in 2016 I completed my Bookkeeping qualification in order to further advance my passion. I ensure that payments are made on time and that our client and partner surveyor accounts are always up to date.
Shelly Ryde
• Administration & Compliance
It’s my job to ensure that every provider we partner with completes our rigorous vetting process and matches our thorough criteria. When time allows, I enjoy putting together short promo videos to help market our range of services. Oh, and I’m also the IT and Tech EMT for the rest of the office. Nothing like finding that loose cable and being called a saviour!
Our Story.
A gap in the market was identified. Many Investors, Developers and Homeowners were having to source multiple providers to carry out their surveys and valuations. Combined with arranging access, scheduling and being on top of the reports, we realised there must be a better way.

After months of market research and back-end work, My Property Survey was launched from a small home office, and began building out a strong network of vetted and regulated surveyors and valuers.

This helped with more efficient communication and ensured an even better customer experience.

A new member of staff joined filling the role of Administration and Compliance. This has allowed the other team members to focus on providing clients with an excellent and dedicated service.
